Maurer-Stutz designed, and helped with permitting, on this project that included a new dairy cow freestall barn with robotic milking system, manure collection and transfer systems, a manure collection and settling tank which was incorporated into the existing farm.
We enjoyed working with the Nelson family on their project to incorporate this exciting, progressive technology. This was a large long term investment for them that will help them improve their process and be profitable.

Almost Home Kids is an innovative and integrated community-based transitional care model. It provides transitional care for children with complicated health needs, such as children who are dependent on a ventilator to breathe or a feeding tube for nourishment, who are ready to be discharged from the hospital but for whom preparations at home need to be made, as well as training for their families, and respite care.
