Duryea Apartments

We are excited about being a part of the upcoming Duryea Apartment project in Peoria Heights, IL.  The proposed three-story apartment building will be a mix of two- and one-bedroom apartments and studios.  Maurer-Stutz is providing structural engineering services on the project.
