    3,500 COW DAIRY Facility / MCLEAN COUNTY, ILLINOIS

    Maurer-Stutz, in partnership with Feldmann & Associates, provided conceptual planning, engineering design, and construction phase services for a new large-scale dairy facility on approximately 90 acres. The project included sand-bedded free stalls, manure handling and reclamation systems, sediment basins, lagoons, drainage and containment features, feed and commodity storage areas, and coordination of required state and local permits and approvals.

    CLUBHOUSE BUILDING - METAMORA FIELDS / METAMORA, ILLINOIS

    Maurer-Stutz served as structural consultant for the construction of a 22,800-square-foot, three-level golf course clubhouse and banquet facility near Metamora. Services included design and detailing of steel and wood structural systems, elevated and cantilevered decks designed for high assembly loads, and a free-standing porte-cochere at the main entrance.

    WINPAK HEAT SEAL - NEW INDUSTRIAL FACILITY / PEKIN, ILLINOIS

    Maurer-Stutz served as prime engineering consultant for the civil and structural design of a 75,000-square-foot industrial facility in Peoria, replacing Winpak’s former plant. The single-level facility features rigid steel frames over manufacturing and warehouse space, with integrated office and employee areas. The building exterior combines precast concrete panels at the main entrance with masonry walls designed to allow future expansion.

    Wastewater Treatment Plant / Village of Hopedale, Illinois

    Maurer-Stutz provided engineering design and support services for process upgrades at the Village of Hopedale’s wastewater treatment plant. Improvements included new and enhanced treatment systems, automated screening, pumping and aeration upgrades, drying beds, and standby power, all designed within the existing site. Services also included site surveys, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, observation, and loan assistance.

    Illinois Central College – Cougarplex / East Peoria, Illinois

    A partial two story structure, the building has a steel framework and is enclosed by masonry shear walls in addition to composite wall panels, metal siding and aluminum curtain wall systems.  The facility includes a gymnasium that includes three full size basketball courts overlooked by a balcony running track.  The remaining portion of the facility houses fitness space, classrooms, offices, and locker rooms all sheltered by a green roof.

    Duryea Apartments / Peoria Heights, Illinois

    Maurer-Stutz provided structural engineering services for a four-story, 36-unit apartment building in Peoria Heights. Services included analysis and design of wood-framed structural elements for the upper three stories and concrete structural systems for the ground-level parking garage and foundation. The project supports a modern, technology-equipped residential development near the village’s revitalized downtown area.
