Congratulations to Herman Brothers Lake and Land Management on the launch of their new show on the DIY channel!  We wish continued success in their endeavors.

The City of Washington is gearing up for their roadway restoration project as part of their overall tornado recovery effort.  Maurer-Stutz is proud to be a part of this project.  Bids for this project are scheduled to be opened on June 1.

If you have daughters, or know someone who does, then you may want to have a conversation with them about considering engineering as a profession.  Debbie Sterling of GoldiBlox has done a great job with her TED talk on this very topic.

John Oliver has a great take on the issues at hand.  This week, he tackled the need for infrastructure improvements, which is near and dear to our hearts.  Kudos to John (and his famous friends) for advocating the need for funding for infrastructure improvements.
