Maurer-Stutz, Inc. provided topographic survey, and civil engineering design phase services for the existing and proposed site improvements. 

 The site had several grain bins and other improvements constructed after Woodford County passed a detention ordinance in 1996.  Over 1 total acre of disturbed area would be completed when adding a newly proposed shop building to the existing improvements.  The historic and proposed drainage areas were analyzed in relation to the county storm detention requirements.  The existing detention on-site was found to meet the requirements for both the existing and planned future improvements.

Site design included historic and existing/proposed plan layout, stormwater management and detention analysis, erosion control design, and assisting in obtaining the necessary permits.
