The open house is sponsored by Biddle Farms, Doug Mills , Maurer-Stutz, Inc, Precision Structures (PSI), and Compeer Financial.

Maurer-Stutz assisted Doug with his Conservation Activity Plan Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CAP - CNMP) through the Illinois Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Doug participated in the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and was selected for financial assistance based on the resource concerns and proposed solutions presented in his CAP-CNMP.

MSI also provided design assistance, working with Precisions Structures Incorporated (PSI) to completed new facility permitting with the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDoA) and design approval with NRCS. During construction, MSI provided limited construction observation and provided checkout documentation to NRCS.
