City of Washington - Tornado Roadway Damage Rehabilitation

The City of Washington has been hard at work on their recovery work from last year's tornado.  Maurer-Stutz has also been busy in the area by performing over 90 separate structural damage consultations related to this storm.

Maurer-Stutz is pleased to announce our continued involvement with this recovery by providing engineering services to the City of Washington for their upcoming project to restore roadways that were damaged during the tornado.

Grading the Infrastructure in Illinois

We have been advocates for Illinois infrastructure for a long time.  The American Society of Civil Engineers issues a report card for the public infrastructure in all 50 states.  Their 2014 report card for Illinois graded Illinois at a C-, which is an overall improvement from the D+ that was issued in 2013.  While that is a bit of an improvement, there is much work that remains to be done.
