Great progress is being made on the Washington Tornado Roadway Restoration Project.  Sidewalk, curb and gutter, and storm sewer work has been made ahead of the upcoming pavement restoration.

Lawmakers are currently working on the next Transportation Bill.  Getting things done in Washington is never easy, especially when other non-transportation related items are included with the bill.  This article explains the current situation.

R. A. Cullinan and Son, a division of United Contractors Midwest, has been awarded the Washington Tornado Roadway Restoration Project.  Work began the week of June 15, 2015 on the $5.75 million project, which has a completion date of May 31, 2016.  Scott Hobart, Caleb Martin and Dan Ramsey from Maurer-Stutz will be completing the construction inspection for the project.  Please see this site for future updates.
